Finance ministry constituted five member fiscal responsibility and budget management (FRBM) panel.
The panel contains NK Singh, Sumit Bose, Arvind Subramanian, Rathin Roy and Urijit Patel.
NK Singh head of panel. He is former revenue and expenditure secretary and MP.
Sumit Bose former finance secretary
Aravind Subramanian chief economic advisor
Rathin Roy director of National Institute of Public Finance and Policy
Urigit Patel Deputy Governor of RBI
