SEBI (Securities and Exchange Board of India)
                  SEBI is the regulator of Capital Market or Securities Market in India. it was established in 1988 and was a advisory body till 12th April 1992. after that It become a Stationary body and SEBI act 1992 passed in Indian Constitution.
