              Insurance Repository means a company formed and registered under Company Act 1956 and is granted a certificate registration by Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (IRDAI) for maintaining data of insurance policies as electronic form on behalf of Insurer.
              To implement Insurance Repository System IRDA granted permission to 5 entities to act as Insurance Repositories.
